About Our Firm - Welcome to Resource Controls!
Incorporated in Rhode Island in 1986, Resource Control Associates,
Inc. is a solutions-oriented environmental and engineering consulting
company. Our senior level staff offers our clients strong professional
skills and technical competence, along with many years of experience
in environmental consulting, engineering design, remedial
construction, and Brownfields redevelopment.
We complete projects successfully, on time, and at competitive costs.
Our mission is to be “YOUR TRUSTED ADVISOR” and we work hard
to understand your business needs and concerns and to then turn that

Controls, we make it our business to understand our client’s

Resource Controls also has long-standing
strategic alliances and close working experience with a full
complement of registered land surveyors, risk assessors, analytical
laboratories and general contractors needed to solve environmental and
construction related problems. Through our architects design
collaborative, we also offer a fully diverse multidiscipline
architectural design team capable of addressing your architectural,
mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering needs.
Special Credentials
Our special credentials include Massachusetts
Licensed Site Professionals, Registered Professional Engineers,
Licensed Waste Treatment Operators, Asbestos Licenses and 40-hour OSHA
training of all staff.

Because our project base and offices are
centered in southern New England, our strong local presence enables
Resource Controls to be responsive to our customers needs. We serve
our New England clients needs from our corporate h eadquarters in
Pawtucket,
Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and our branch office in
Stoughton,
Massachusetts.
Clients Served
Our clients are from the public, industrial,
and commercial sectors, including Federal, State and municipal
government agencies, manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, real
estate agencies, law firms, and real estate developers.
Current Projects
Resource
Controls has been working closely with several local housing
authorities and community development corporations to rehabilitate
existing structures and remediate contaminated sites so that they can
be put to productive use.
Resource Controls has a multitude of projects
in progress around the entire State of Rhode Island. Chances are, you
