Redevelopment coordination with City of Haverhill
Resource Controls has been the LSP of record
at the subject site since the owner took control in 2004. During
this period, we have completed all phases of assessment required
under the MCP leading to partial closure of half of the site and
remedial design of a soil gas ventilation system for the
remaining impact area. We have also assisted the owner with
planning redevelopment activities and applying for
MassDevelopment funding so that this Brownfields project may
proceed with successful reuse of what was previously an
abandoned and under utilized site. Future use is expected to
include residential housing and commercial office space.
