This Brownfields EPA pilot environmental assessment covered 150 acre of the former Dever School. The school has been abandoned for many years and many of the 55 buildings are in disrepair. Assessments include extensive asbestos inspections and abatement planning, Phase I and II assessments, preparation of a QAPP, remedial and abatement cost estimating, as well as analysis of the site relative to any remedial programs that may be required. |
