Construction engineering and inspections are essential services provided by Resource Controls to ensure that project designs are constructed in accordance with contract documents. Construction support services provided by Resource Controls typically include assisting our clients with preparation of bid documents, solicitation of competitive bids, contractor selection, shop drawing / submittal reviews, full-time or part-time inspection by certified inspectors, and preparation of as-built plans. We also work with the client throughout the construction phase to review payment requests by contractors.
