This storm water management project included many facets. The 9 acre auto recycling yard was not in compliance with wetlands, RCRA and storm water management requirements. An agreement was negotiated with the MADEP and the owner implements several recycling and reuse programs, in conjunction with major facility upgrades, including installation of additional storm water management facilities. Resource Controls was responsible for all engineering design, permitting and construction management services to support the project and to help bring the owner back into compliance. MCP Phase 1- V response actions and an IRA were also implemented. |
