Responsible for the engineering design and permitting related to the redevelopment of a former auto dealership into a new plumbing supply warehouse. Utility design and permitting included all engineering work required to complete sewer and storm drain permits and design to support work in a State Highway. Engineering services performed included storm water runoff modeling, drain and sewer design, design and specification of Vortex treatment systems, as well as project specifications for site grading and site improvements.
