Roads, Sidewalks, Bridges |
Resource Controls has experience with dozens of successfully completed road and sidewalk engineering design and construction related projects on small local roads and parking areas, down town business districts, industrial and commercial parks, mid to large size redevelopment projects and a number of larger road reconstruction projects. In addition, we offer extensive experience with bridge engineering design and construction related services on small to large size temporary and permanent bridge design projects. During our 25 year history, engineering activities performed have included:
- Existing Conditions Inspections/Surveys
- Permitting
- Alignment and Grading Repaving Activities
- Engineering Design, including Preparation of Bid Documents
- Stormwater Management
- Utility Upgrades
- Construction Management
- Bidding Assistance
- Construction Resident Inspection/Oversight
- Coordination with Diverse Stake Holders

In addition to the foregoing engineering and construction related services, other services provided include topographic surveys, utility research, easement and right-of-way determinations and the preparation of preliminary right-of-way plans, right-of-way entry forms and easement plans in conformance with Registry of Deeds standards and requirements. We look at all aspects of road, sidewalk and bridge design and construction to ensure that each project is successful and meets project goals and the needs of our clients.

We are particularly pleased to work with Mabey Bridge & Shore, the world's leading supplier of temporary bridges and shoring systems. We review the design of every installation from New Jersey to Maine. The first assignment came in 1995 and over the years we have contributed to their success with our prompt and personal attention to projects. A Mabey Bridge structure was used in the design/build project known as the Vesey Street footbridge at the World Trade center site in Manhattan. Our new engineering division, Siegmund & Associates, was the engineer on this exciting project. The ribbon cutting took place in December 2004!
