Resource Controls offers extensive and diverse experience with all aspects of environmental site remediation including engineering design and system fabrication and construction, as well as operations and maintenance. Remedial programs have been implemented at a variety of types and sizes of industrial, commercial, and residential properties, and have included various combinations of the following approaches:

In-situ systems including conventional recovery and treatment, air sparging, soil vapor extraction, bio remediation and chemical oxidation
Ex-situ approaches including excavation and off-site disposal, land farming, cold emulsion and soil stabilization
Active and passive product recovery systems
Sand filtration and carbon adsorption systems
Chemical/physical separation systems including chemical feed, solids separation, sludge dewatering, air floatation and ultra filtration

Construction and installation of remedial programs is offered in a conventional engineering design bid approach or on a design/build total turnkey basis. Our staff has extensive experience with all aspects of construction management techniques.
