Resource Controls offers extensive and diverse experience with all aspects of environmental site remediation including engineering design and system fabrication and construction, as well as operations and maintenance. Remedial programs have been implemented at a variety of types and sizes of industrial, commercial, and residential properties, and have included various combinations of the following approaches:

  • In-situ systems including conventional recovery and treatment, air sparging, soil vapor extraction, bio remediation and chemical oxidation
  • Ex-situ approaches including excavation and off-site disposal, land farming, cold emulsion and soil stabilization
  • Active and passive product recovery systems
  • Sand filtration and carbon adsorption systems
  • Chemical/physical separation systems including chemical feed, solids separation, sludge dewatering, air floatation and ultra filtration

Construction and installation of remedial programs is offered in a conventional engineering design bid approach or on a design/build total turnkey basis. Our staff has extensive experience with all aspects of construction management techniques.

We specialize in difficult to implement projects including:

  • Removal of tanks or contamination from difficult and confined spaces
  • Residential spills in crawl spaces or under occupied homes and other buildings
  • Construction of remedial programs within congested operating facilities without disruption or interference
  • Complex, multi tasked remedial construction within all types of locations and operating facilities

Remedial construction experience includes:

  • Closure of large and small underground storage systems
  • Industrial site decontamination and demolition
  • Contamination excavation
  • Dewatering systems
