With the senior level experience of our staff, and the sound network of support professionals, Resource Controls is able to successfully provide environmental assessment and permitting services, with specific experience in wetlands delineation in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act (WPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) flagging procedures, the preparation of Notices of Intent (NOIs) for filing with local conservation commissions and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP), as well as the preparation of Stormwater Management Reports in accordance with the MassDEP Stormwater Management Standards. Resource Controls also offers demonstrated sucessful experience in all aspects of implementation of the Rhode Island Rules and Reguations Governing the Administration and Enforcement of the Freshwater Wetlands Act. |
