Aftermath of Irene
Now that Tropical Storm Irene has passed, homeowners and businesses are working to clean up the mess left by the powerful winds and rain. Reports of property damage are pouring in more and more each day, and area insurance adjusters are working to keep on top of the claims.

Design Plans for Major Development Under Review
Resource Controls
is providing these serivces:
- Comprehensive layout and grading including design of several miles of roads in the Residential Community and Village center
- Design of 20,500 linear feet of gravity sewers
- Design of a 200,000-gallon/day sanitary sewer collection, pumping, treatment and disposal system
- Extension of existing water mains and construction of a booster pump station and water tank
- Open and closed storm water drainage system with several detention ponds
- RIDEM Freshwater Wetlands Permit, Groundwater Certification, ISDS permit, Sludge Disposal permit, RIDOT, Physical Alteration Permit for entrance access; DOH and Town Permits
